Financing Study Abroad

How much study abroad actually costs depends on a variety of factors, including the cost of travel, the length of time abroad, the cost of living at the overseas destination, and the spending habits of the individual. CIPA strives to be clear about the costs associated with its study abroad offerings and to offer additional funding through the form of scholarships / travel grants, in conjunction or addition to the financial aid that applies. Emory’s policies are designed to allow study abroad to occur at a similar cost levels to studying on Emory campus. Please see the Emory Credit and Cost Policy for more information.
