General Scholarship Information

Benjamin Gilman Scholarships (multi-country options). Applicants must be receiving a Pell Grant.  The early application deadline is October 3, 2017. There will be a second opportunity to apply with an early March deadline. Students are encouraged to send their essays for review to the Emory College Study Abroad Advisor no later than September 25, 2017 to allow time for review and feedback in order to meet the early application deadline.

Diversity Abroad (multi-country options)

Fund for Education Abroad (multi-country options). The deadline for Summer 2018, Fall 2018, and Spring 2019 is January 10, 2018.

Freeman Awards for Study in Asia (Freeman-ASIA) provides scholarships for U.S. undergraduate students with demonstrated financial need to study abroad in East or Southeast Asia.  Applications for Summer 2018 will open in January 2018.
